SHAPE & TONE PROGRAM
The Shape & Tone training system is designed to fine tune the body’s composition by sculpting the shape of the body through LP Training System methods such as Maximal Effort Interval Training and Constant Tension Burn Out. This program involves a combination of overall body fat loss with lean muscle development. This program requires access to a gym/free weights.
